Although our fraud department is a specialist department dealing in the main with large fraud investigations and prosecutions the expertise that we have built up within the department means that we deal with all manner of unusual and complex cases. This assists to keep us fully informed on the Law, procedure and tactics to allow us to do our best for clients.
It is important that when dealing with the larger cases (especially large business fraud allegations) the case workers have an instinct for the areas of work that might unexpectedly crop up to make sure that full advantage can be taken of those more unusual pointers that arise in many cases but can be easily missed by case workers who do not have such a rounded experience and ability.
We were the first firm in Kent to qualify for the Legal Services Commission’s Serious Fraud Panel. It was a stringent qualification in those days. The qualification was watered down significantly in recent years so as to allow all sorts of firms to appear to qualify. We have maintained our excellent reputation for dealing with all manner of large and complex cases whilst making use of our expertise to develop systems to deal with areas of law seldom dealt with by more ordinary Solicitor practices.
